Without realizing it, I lived in a depleted state for over two decades(!). I got diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos, fibromyalgia, Lyme Disease, and clincial OCD, which I all sort of learnt to manage and live with – living and thriving to the best of my ability, until…
I burnt out. Managing and navigating symptoms became too much to handle and my body didn’t have the energy to do it anymore. So much so that I couldn’t tolerate any artifical lighting (including screens). A smart way of my body to force me to pause, because I basically lived on the screen.
Over the years I started pinpointing the real root cause of my symptoms: my body was not able to produce enough energy.

When finally, after years of being in the health world, I found HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) and the work of doctors and biologists such as Ray Peat, Broda Barnes, and Katharina Dalton… that’s when I started to get better.
HTMA was crucial for get ting insights into the state of my body and her ability to produce energy. The results of this test threw me into a whole new rabbit hole that I hadn’t found even after years of illness and researching.
Finally I started seeing through the veils of mainstream health advice, and found mentors and guides that transformed my understanding of health and well-being so much, that on the other side of the veil, I started to heal.
This entirely reshaped my experience of life, my way of being in the world, and the way I look at health.
